MAXIMILIAN ARDELT
Maximilian Ardelt is strategical consultant and active board member in several companies. Prior since 1994 he was Executive Board Member of VIAG AG, responsible for Group IT and R+D as well as for the telecommunication and logistics divisions. After the merger and reorganisation of VIAG / Veba to E-On AG in 2000 he proceeded as chairman of the Telco-Holding VIAG Telecom AG in Munich.
Previously he was Member of the Executive Board of Salzgitter AG/Preussag AG for 10 years, responsible for Corporate Development, IT, Environmental Technology and Plant Engineering.
Mr. Ardelt studied Business Engineering at the Technical University Berlin where he graduated as Dipl.-Ing. (MSc equivalent).
Maximilian Ardelt serves on the following boards: TECH DATA Corporation, Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH, CeWe Color AG & Co. OHG, Stulz GmbH, RHI AG, Getmobile AG, Funkwerk AG. Furthermore he is a member of several advisory boards with scientific background such as the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft and Technical University Graz.
